Privacy Policy
Apex AI Systems LLC ("Apex," "we") collects the information you submit through our forms — name, company, contact details, and operational context — solely to conduct your Revenue Recovery Audit and communicate with you about it. We do not sell your information. We do not share it except with service providers necessary to operate our systems, under confidentiality obligations. Client customer records processed by installed systems remain the client's property in the client's own accounts. Draft policy content pending final legal review before public launch.
Terms of Service
Apex provides Revenue Recovery System audits, installations, and monthly operation under written proposals that state all fees. Engagements carry a 90-day minimum term, then continue month-to-month. Reported figures carry provenance labels (Measured, Provided, Benchmark, Assumption); Apex does not promise business outcomes. Draft policy content pending final legal review before public launch.
SMS / Messaging Policy
- Consent: Apex and Apex-configured systems send text messages only to individuals who have provided documented opt-in consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to end all messages. Opt-outs are honored immediately and logged across every channel. Reply HELP for help.
- Frequency & rates: Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
- No purchased lists: Apex never messages purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists, and prohibits their use in systems it configures.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
