How Pricing Works

No number before the audit. No surprises after it.

Every roofing company leaks differently, so pricing follows your Revenue Recovery Audit — not a rate card. Here's exactly how it goes.

  1. The audit. We review your intake, follow-up, estimates, and reporting, and build your Revenue Recovery Score — your numbers where available, labeled benchmarks where not.
  2. The scoped proposal. You get a written proposal mapped to the jobs your business is actually dropping: package, included workflows, and the exact figures.
  3. Fixed setup + monthly retainer. One setup fee for the certified build, one monthly retainer for operation, maintenance, re-certification, and your Monthly Recovery Report. The proposal number is the number.
  4. 90 days, then month-to-month. A system needs a full quarter to demonstrate itself against a baseline. After that, you stay because the report earns it.

Fixed expectations

  • Setup is never waived. It funds the certified build; waiving it would mean cutting the certification.
  • Prices are never discounted. Scope moves; price doesn't.
  • Nothing is billed that wasn't in the proposal. Pass-through costs (like telephony) are itemized and labeled.
  • QA Certification and the Monthly Recovery Report are included in every package. They're not add-ons; they're the category.

Pricing FAQ

Fair questions. Straight answers.

Why isn't pricing listed on this page?

Because a real number requires knowing your leak. Publishing one price for every roofing company would either overcharge the tight operation or underserve the leaky one. Your audit produces your Score; your Score scopes your proposal; the proposal states the figures plainly. As our first client cohorts complete and publish measured results, we'll publish "from" pricing here alongside them.

Is the setup fee negotiable?

No — but it's splittable across up to three payments. The setup funds the certified build: configuration, testing, and the documented certification run. That work doesn't get cheaper by discounting it; it gets skipped. We don't skip it.

What happens if I cancel?

After the 90-day minimum, you're month-to-month. Your customer records live in your own accounts, so they stay with you. We deactivate cleanly and document the handoff.

What does the retainer actually pay for?

Operation and maintenance of your certified workflows, re-certification whenever anything changes, consent-list hygiene, and your Monthly Recovery Report. It's the difference between software you bought and a system someone answers for.

The leads already came in. The calls already rang. The estimates already went out.

The only question is how many of them your business kept. Get your Revenue Recovery Score and see the answer — measured, sourced, and labeled.
